Now, here comes the fun part. If you're going to make this a habit and wean yourself from a review coach, which is the goal of the program, you're going to need to spend time on the following tasks with your team every day.
Every Day
2-5 minutes/day:
* Set a daily goal for each employee as to the number of people you want them to ask for a review. Identify specific customers or patients if possible. Be clear as to who is expected to make the request and hold them to it.
* Report on your success from the previous day. How many people were asked to write a review? How many responded? What can we do to improve our performance today?
* Read your reviews and testimonials aloud to the staff. If you can't do this every day, you must share specific reviews with the person who was responsible for getting them immediately, along with your praise and admiration.
Every Week
45 minutes/week: You are also going to need to spend time on the following. You can do this yourself or ask someone to do it for you, but these tasks must be completed each and every week.
* Give individuals on your staff personal feedback on their performance.
* Thank your customers for writing their reviews.
* Respond to customer reviews on Google and the other review sites withing 48 hours of being written.
Optional
* Share your testimonials on your social networking sites.
