We schedule a 1-hour, one-on-one, or one-on-team follow-up coaching program on month 2 and month 3 after the training to ensure that you and your team are staying on track. It also gives you an opportunity to bring up any high-level review questions concerning your new review and referral methodology.

Exclusive Webinars:

Gain access to exclusive webinars where we share the latest insights, strategies, and industry updates to keep you ahead of the curve. We offer these webinars when appropriate throughout the year and invite you and your team to attend at no additional charge.

Email and telephone Access:

You can contact us anytime with your questions by email or phone. If we are available we will respond immediately, if not, we will always get back to you within 24 hours.

Advanced Training Modules:

Once you and your team have gone through the initial coaching program, you will have access to advanced training modules that we produce for our coaching graduates. These modules are only available to our clients who have completed the Review Integrity program.

Monthly Group Zoom Webinar:

Every month we offer a free Zoom meeting where we discuss the most effective way to ask for a review. This is a great opportunity to invite one of your new staff members to attend the training. We suggest that you attend with them so that they know that you know exactly what you expect of them. If for some reason we are not able to offera a live program, you will have access to a previously recorded program.

Resource Library Access:

Enjoy continuous access to our resource library filled with articles, videos, and additional materials to support your ongoing learning.

Industry Updates:

We will keep you informed about the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and updates to review platform policies that may impact your strategies via email when necessary.

Paid Services

You can always schedule a 1-hour coaching session exclusively for your team if you want to focus on your business . The cost of this session is $497, and it will be tailored to your situation and scheduled at your convenience.
