I'm going to show you
The most important thing you're going to learn from reading this book is how to get the highest percentage of your happy customers to write well-written, 5-star Google reviews for your business without you or your staff coming across as pushy, needy, or irritating. You're going to learn how to create an environment where your customers look forward to writing reviews and your staff looks forward to asking for them. By the time you finish this book, you will know how to become the highest-rated, most reviewed, most trusted business in your community. But wait, there's more.
If your sole reason for getting reviews is to become the highest rated, most reviewed and most trusted business in your community, you're missing the Big Picture.
I'm not teaching you these skills for the sake of becomming the highest-rated, most reviewed, most trusted business in your community. I'm teaching you these skills so that you can:
Attract new customers
Create a wonderful working environment where your staff wants to come to work.
Enhance your relationships with your employees and customers
Generate referrals and repete business from your happy customers
Sleep at night knowing that your team is killing it with respect to customer service and asking for (and getting) 5-star customer reviews.
That may sound like a lofty promise, and it is, but I am comfortable making it because I've seen business after business achieve this goal oftentimes in under 30 days. I understand that you might be competing with larger businesses that currently have hundreds or even thousands of Google reviews. It does not matter that they've had a head start gathering reviews or they're bigger than you or they serve more customers than you currently serve. Once you implement the Review Integrity Method, you and your team will be generating Google reviews at a much faster rate than any of your competitors, even those with 2-3 times the customer base. Not only that, but the quality of your reviews will be infinitely better than your competitors prompting Google to move your business up in the search results giving you access to a much larger audience of potential customers.
Here's a question I ask all of my clients and I want to ask you the same question. What is more important? Would you rather have 1,000 well-written, 5-star Google reviews, or 1,000 happy customers who tell everyone they see how great your company is at every opportunity? Most of my clients tell me they want both, and you should want both too.
If you focus your attention on getting Google reviews two things will happen. You will acquire them at the expense of losing customers and potential customers and you will never really feel good about yourself or how you're treating your customers. I will explain this in more detail further in the book. If you focus on creating an environment where your customers are so impressed with your service that they can not shut up about you ... and you ask them to write a review following the "Perfect Google Review Request Script," I will teach you how to do in Chapter 6, you will get Google reviews at a much faster rate and you will be attracting.
