  • Are You Doing One Of These Three Things?

    Would you like to know the quickest way to destroy your reputation with happy customers while simultaneously lowering your ranking and reach on Google?  Here are three things you can do starting today.

    1) Send your customers an automated review request by text or email ... and don't forget to send them a reminder if they don't respond to your initial request. Everyone loves to be reminded that they let you down :-)

    First Session - Owners and Managers: The first coaching session is for the owner and/or manager(s). In this 90 minute session we will cover the following:

    The difference between getting reviews and attracting customers.
    Understanding exactly what Google, your employees and your customers need and want from your review program.
    How to out-perform your competitors in every review category including quality, quantity, consistency, visibility and trust.
    Designing your unique review strategy.
    How to get employee buy-in
    Setting up a non-financial reward system that works
    How to prepare your employees for the program.

    Second Session - Everyone: The second session is a team Zoom meeting with you and your staff. The program is between 60 and 90 minutes long and will cover the following.

    Teach the 6-step "Perfect Review Request" script and why each step is critical to your success.
    Coach and role-play with your team on how to ask for a review following the Perfect Review Request script.
    Show you how to send a review request with your review software in order to see what your customers are asked to do.
    Answer all of your review request questions and address unique situations.
    Set review goals for the first week.

    Third Session - Everyone: Without exception, our clients tell us that this is the most valuable coaching session of them all. They've had an opportunity to practice their skills and get a glimpse of what they are capable of accomplishing. In this session we will ...

    Evaluate team performance based on results.
    Identify individual performance and provide feedback.
    Set review goals for the following week.

    Forth Session - Everyone: This is where things really get exciting. Your staff has been asking for reviews for two weeks and their comfort level has skyrocketed.
