Google Review Training Software

Must make sure that ALL the emails and text messages get through

Must be able to track who asked for the review and sent the review request

Must be able to send email AND text messages with a link to multiple review sites (Including Google - Excluding Yelp)

Must follow all of Google rules and TOS

Must be able to send email or email and text immediately (while you are with the customer)

Must be able to see if the customer is happy even if they can not write a review

Must be able to see what sites customers attempted to write a review on and in what order

Must provide a testimonial option for customers who do not have accounts with the review sites.

Must be able to track "response rates" by employee

Must be able to track if you asked the customer to write a review in the past and how they responded

Must be able to keep track of if you personally thanked the customer for writing a review.
